Yes, we should physically protect judges, but we have no obligation to protect their delicate sensibilities from the opinions of the little people that live in the society shaped by their rulings. Some judges are elitist tyrants who use the constitution as toilet paper and in a democracy this needs to be pointed out loudly and often.

Me too, one of her comments was that the murder of her husband and mother was her 9/11. She also is too cheap to buy a home security system for herself. She feels entitled to the Federal government spending millions for home security system for her all a the other judges both active and retired.
by the way, you will not here her quote about the ''personal 9/11'' on the msm. I heard it only once yesterday and that was early in the day. But it is in the transcript of her speech to the judicial committee.

I am afraid if I say what is really on my mind, I might get banned, so I won't.

However, if you really want to know, Freepmail me.

"Judicial tyranny leads to violence. Just wait and see."

Unfortunately, you are probably correct. Ultimately, what other recourse is there against the unbridled power of a judiciary that fails to practice restraint. Constitutionally, Congress should slap the judiciary down when they get out of line, (Constitutionally), but they don't have the guts to do it.

So, when I read a thread about a really stupid decision by an obviously partisan judge and I simply ask, "what is his home address?" Is that considered "bad?"

Unfortunately, I am ENTIRELY correct. The end of this Nation as it currently exists is already a foregone conclusion.

The true patriots that still exist won't take much more.

It will be ugly, bloody, and brutal. My only hope is that a Country more in line with our founding documents will emerge from the ashes.

Sadly....it is highly probable that the left will continue to lose political ground and will become more and more subversive...and eventually violent.

So, with hosts at Air America constantly talking about doing violence to the President of the United State and his allies, including outright calls for his assassination, that's not inciting violence but Tom DeLay suggesting that renegade judges will "answer for their behavior" is. The world according to the left.

If judges conducted themselves in the professional realm in a way worthy of respsect, they would get respect. As it is, many of them are little blacked robed fascists who think they have the right to revoke any law they don't like anytime they like. Quite frankly, Americans are sick of it and if their solution is to shut people up, the violence wil get worse.

Turning America into a fascist state means that only the fascist will yield the power. Check Nazi Germany and Italy in the 1930 & 40s. Russia from 1917 to today.

"The only judge bashing I've heard lately has been by the Dumbocrap Sinators lashing out at any judge who might hold an anti-abortion stance."

Bingo! Left-Cow strikes me as a judge who does not consider the implications of her "reasoning." This might explain why the man was so outraged by her decision, that he took executive action.

Actually, Judge Lefkow gave the fascist litigant before her a ruling he liked. However, that was appealed, and her decision was overturned by the appeals court. She had to call back the litigant and give him the bad news.

Given her personal preference for fascist solutions this case is looking more and more like a mafia-like payback to a soldier who failed. Department of Justice ought to check this ol'gal out very closely.
