Doggone shame about Judge Lefkow's family, but I doubt that turning America into a fascist state would have saved them. She'd still made the same rulings and the litigant would have still been gunning for her.
I think we're better off with a free America and Judge Lefkow stepping down from the bench now that she appears to have lost her nerve completely.
It'd be for the best ~ maybe even for the children.
