Eww. That could be one of several things.
A. Someone photoshopped a bikini and long nails onto a male bodybuilder.
B. It really is a woman. Which wouldn't surprise me. Women body builders often look like men (must be the male hormones they have to take to get that bulky).
C. A man who looks really really bad in drag.
