This "Federalist" thinks the Constitution started in the 1930's. Forgets or chooses to ignore everything prior to this "establishment clause" based on interpretations of "shadows" found in the Constitution.
Let this person live in the ignorance and comfort of the black robe penumbras. Fortunately there is a remnant that remembers why people risked their lives to cross the Atlantic and the Founders who established a government that shared in the vision. Hopefully we will get back to the ORIGINAL INTENTIONS of those who forged this country. Until then we must fight those who think Karl Marx (And people like him) founded this country.

That's why they're so interested in revising history to suit what they want it to be.
