How easy it would be to turn all those truck weigh stations, and agricultural fruit inspection stations into anti-terror checkpoints.

I drove to Calif. 2 years ago, down I-15. It is my understanding that most of the land that borders I-15 from Montana down to California is public land. Yet, several hundred yards off the freeway (both sides), the entire 1500 miles, is barbed wire. You - the public - are not allowed to enter that public property. You - the public - are funneled to these ready made anti-terror checkpoints.

Its coming.
