It is the logic of socialism to kill off underproductive persons of any age or medical condition.

As soon as you start the killing, the immediate next step is cost calculations to show that it's cheaper to snuff the old, the sick, the disabled, preemies, babies with birth defects and so on.

Exactly. The cynic in me thinks that this talk about "savings" is just another way of saying: "Why in the hell are we wasting money on people who are dying. Let them DIE, and give 'em a boost if necessary, then let ME spend all of that money we saved."

Probably followed close behind by Seattle's Group Health, lovingly known locally as "Group Death", one of the worst health care facilities around. Tons of imported doctors and nurses who barely speak english.
