VALENCIA-- Ten people were arrested -- many of them minors -- after two brawls broke out at Magic Mountain about 8 p.m. Saturday and the park closed early, according to a sheriff's official. A fight among park patrons initially broke out near the Goliath ride, according to Lt. Brenda Cambra of the Santa Clarita sheriff's office.
Park security detained three people identified by witnesses as being involved in that fight, Cambra said. As the rest were allowed to leave, a second fight began near the park's entrance, she said.
Park security and deputies detained 10 people in that fight and requested help from the Santa Clarita station.
Three of the detainees eventually were released, Cambra said.
Ten people -- seven of them minors -- were arrested on various charges including fighting in public, assault on a deputy and resisting arrest, Cambra said.
No weapons were used, and only minor injuries were reported. The cause of the fights was under investigation, said Cambra.
"The park outlawed gang colors and booted out anyone who stepped out of line. Problem solved."
That is the most logical and adult action to take. Unfortunately, this country has lost the understanding of being an adult.

Magic Mountain has been scary for at least 10 years. We went there two years ago, kept our heads down and our mouths shut, and made sure to leave WELL before dark. There was a lot of line jumping, and there were a lot of thugs.
We saw a lady almost get her child's arm cut off because she jumped in line and tried to go in the exit door of that train-thingy that crawls up and down the hill really slowly. She shoved her kid through but didn't fit in herself. The door didn't have a safety stop like elevator doors, so people were fruitlessly pulling on the door trying to stop it while the mom kept trying to yank her child through the closing space. She wouldn't let go of his arm until another women hit her hand and arm to make her let go. If that woman wouldn't have hit the kid's mom, the kid's arm would have been squeezed off. Those doors were not stopping for anything, and the baby momma was too stupid to let go. When we got to the bottom of the hill and stepped out, another woman stood at the top of the hill that goes around the merry-go-round and shoved a stroller, with her baby inside, so that it went 20 yards or so without her. Who in their right mind shoves a stroller down a hill, with their baby inside? Nearly everybody in that park was a space-eater.
Knott's got a lot better than it was in the early 1990's. I guess after the nickel Cinco de Mayo fiasco they wised up a bit. Or, maybe I just went there on a good day.
Oh, never mind, as it does not say they were White, I will now allow my cognitive powers to kick in.
And this was in the daytime.

I hate to say it, but if a violent crime occurs in California, Texas, or Arizona, people assume the perp is usually the member of a certain racial/ethnic group. If a crime occurs in the urban upper midwest or southeast, to say nothing of the urban eastern seaboard, people assume the perp is of a certain other racial/ethnic group.

But, if they are White, the MSM does not hesitate to state their race. So, when racial makeup is not given, one can then assume, that we must assume, and assume we will.
