Lockhart is well-educated, lived briefly in England, and has traveled throughout Europe. He is described as a white male, 6’ tall, 185 pounds, with green eyes and brown hair.
“This case is particularly disturbing due to the nature of the offenses,” said Cathy Jones, Assistant Chief Deputy U.S. Marshal in the Northern District of Ohio. “Lockhart should be considered a threat to the health and welfare of young children,” she said, “and anyone with information about his whereabouts should understand he must be apprehended. We need your help.”
Lockhart’s name was added to the internationally famed “15 MOST WANTED” list after the detective bureau of the Akron Police Department sought help from the Marshals’ Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force (NOVFTF).

A LAWYER on America's "15 most wanted" list facing charges of raping a child is believed to be in Northern England.
John Dallas Lockhart, 36, who faces several life sentences, is thought to have fled here as local and federal agents closed in on him last month.
Credit card activity suggests he has been to Manchester and Newcastle.
Police forces throughout Britain are on alert to track him down and "wanted" posters have been issued.
Lockhart fled Akron, Ohio, for New York after 100 photos were retrieved from his home computer.
Police say they show him raping the child three times. He also faces three counts of gross indecency and three of "pandering obscenity of a minor" by sharing his pictures with others "interested in deviant sexual practices."
Chief deputy US Marshal Cathy Jones said: "He should be considered a threat to the health and welfare of children and should be apprehended."
Interesting. Based on what you posted, I'd wager that the freak has fled to Europe. If he's well heeled enough, he could be anywhere.
