Its quite another to recruit some camel jockey to understand all of the detailed workings of a TCP stack well enough to outsmart all of the technicians that put the net together

I used to work Data Security for the largest Tax/Financial company in the world. Our largest outsource was to India, even though they were reported as the greatest risk to corporate espionage.

I also worked for one California's largest Healthcare Insurance providors, in Data Security. We had one employee, an avowed muslim, that worked in the technology arena. He was very good at what at technology

Nice enough guy, but I never trusted him.

It would be nice to think that they're not smart enough to hack and destroy, but it's not true. Remember, 19 of them went to flight school. That takes some education.

Let's not bury our hands in the sand.
