Be respectful. The fact that a lesbian couple did this and somehow got it legalized shouldn't indict the millions of hetero couples who may have never had children w/out this procedure.

This is a perfect example of what is wrong with the courts.
This couple didn't try to get legislation passed. No, they simply went to a nitwit judge, who promptly decreeed one of these two women to be the man, I guess. God only knows who's name went on the certificate as "Father", all jokes aside.
The court should have tossed the case without so much as a hearing. The courts should not be facilitators for this kind of errant nonsense.
