Heavenly Father, we return to thank You for the love and prayers that surround exnavychick in her time of need. Take from her all fear and anxiety, O God, and replace them with faith and confidence in Your provision, for You are the Creator and Sustainer of Life. Mightily bless this vibrant household with the presence of another little one ... may this birth be without incident or alarm. Grant the greatest wisdom to exnavy as she awaits ... may her medical team be guided by You in all wisdom and ability. Bring forth those who will tend her children, that husband and wife together can share in the joyous birth of their child. May it be thus, O God, may it be thus, in the Name of Jesus, I pray, Amen ...

Quick update...

My bp thankfully dropped a bit today, which got me out of the danger zone, yay! They are, at this point, willing to overlook everything else, and are planning an induction on or about the 14th of June, just one week early. So, some very good news. Also, our friend will likely be able to stay around to help with the children, if need be, so that's a load off, as well.

The dr today gave me a rather "rough" exam, however, so I am not feeling all that well. A few contractions, but nothing to get too excited over as yet.

Thank you all for your kind thoughts and prayers...I am sorry it took me so long to update, and that I am not feeling up to replying to everyone personally. :(

I want everyone to know that your prayers are greatly appreciated, though! Thank you!

Prayers going up to Blessed Gianna and St. Gerard Majella for a completely uncomplicated birth for you. Dear Lord,Blessed Mother, and Saints, make it sweet and swift for exnavychick. Please take away the pre-eclampsia symptoms, and let labor begin before induction.

Lord, God, give us a beautiful healthy baby and a peaceful content mother here.

Just a quick update:

My doctor's office called me back this morning. They let me know that the bloodwork was all normal. The urine test still had elevated protien, but since my bp went down, they are just going to maintain a holding pattern for now.

So, although it wasn't stated explicitly, it sounds to me like I DON'T have pre-e...just PIH, I guess. So that is really good news!
