Let's see how the MSM spins this one.
Let's see if they report it. I checked a lot of sources on Monday and Tuesday this week and found almost no reports from the MSM (perticularly TV) on the French results. Clearly Katie the Perky one is not happy.

Reaching back in to the last decade when the vox populi went against the wishes of the MSM:
"Peter Jennings, the exquisitely condescending Canadian who anchors ABC News, sniffed that the voters had a
temper tantrum."
Probably still holds true, except that Jennings should now be referred to as the "Canadian-born".

I think they're already spinning it not as opposition to the EU per se, but to confusion about the details of the Constitution.
