EAGLES UP !!!
Ping.
I share BillyBob's appreciation for everything you and the FReeper crew do in the DC area.
5pm - Kristinn, BillF, BufordP and a young lady on her way to her prom, wave signs and flags supporting our troops, and those fallen in past conflicts.
Commie-free zone. For the time being.
There is peace on our little corner right now. Because the America-hating, terrorist-funding Marxists and fascists of Code Pink and DAWN haven't arrived yet to do their blood dance.
After our counter-demostration of Code Pink, Gael Murphy's thugs have followed orders. Why look! It wasn't enough for the maggots to try and take over the small corner of sidewalk we stood on, but they had to vandalize our vehicles, too. Apparently free speech and private property rights apply only to them.
8pm - Now at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, Code Pinkos begin their assault of lies.
Wolves in sheep's clothing. Remember that story from your childhood, cautioning you to beware of liars who are out to do you harm? Behold, the wolves!
Doctor Raoul drove down to stand with us.

Code Pink blood dancers, fifteen strong, at the gates of Walter Reed Army Medical Center.
They learned to bring a flag to their protests. But nobody on their side ever wants to hold it. They act like it has coodies or something.
Doctor Raoul's signs, led to sour looks and words from the Pinkos across the street.
His signs are there, but where's Raoul?
Albion Wilde standing still (almost) so I can read her sign!
DC Chapter with light sabres in use.
Lefties veiled in lies, false professions of caring for our troops.
You're efforts are appreciated more then you'll ever know.
Where is that grammar check button?
Good for him; 1) for being here and able to go, 2) for raising his sons to care for and honor their families.
Tell your dad he did a good job, with all the Valentine boyz.
It was an honor and privilege to participate. When the soldiers came over to talk to us and exchange hugs, it was an incomparable moment.
There we stood, waving U.S. flags and many large signs supporting our troops, when the Code Pinkos yelled across the street at us, "Go back to Russia!" It was just another little demonstration of the Left's incorrigible need to shout an astonishing lie to try to offset their unconscious guilt for betraying our nation, including the soldiers who protect their often-abused right to protest.
Sadly for them, most of the horn-beeping, high-signing and waving was coming our way, or directed mistakenly at them from people who saw FR's large red, white and blue display and thought they were part of us.
This was the first time I had been to a demonstration in 30 years, and it was a great experience. I'd like to encourage any other FReepers in the area to come out in support of our wounded troops, their families and our country.
Thank you for being there and representing Freepers from around the country.
Great job. One of these days I'll join you.
Nice name (Albion), how did you come up with it?

Traffic noise was loud at this location. Most or all of the below sound files are of Doctor Raoul using the megaphone. As usual, he worked the megaphone with the humor of a great stand-up comic. More than once I noticed the Montgomery County police officers laughing at what Raoul was saying. A couple times the officers watching over us asked the leftists to go back to their group. When one leftist woman refused, the officer said something like, "Fine, but if there is any trouble, you are the person who I'm going to arrest." CLICK TO HEAR SOUND FILE (OR RIGHT CLICK TO SAVE AND LISTEN LATER) (56 sec, 617 K): Leftists chant asking Bush how many kids have you killed today. Doctor Raoul tells them "if you're holding a sign that says you support the troops, put it down so you won't be a liar." SOUND FILE (34 sec, 376 K): Leftists chant "Recruiters lie, soldiers die" followed by Doctor Raoul's great response. SOUND FILE (5 sec, 55 K): Doctor Raoul "END THE OCCUPATION, COMMIES OUT OF DC." |

SOUND FILE (37 sec, 406 K): Doctor Raoul explains how Code Pink had their aid buy a machine gun to kill Iraqis as needed. SOUND FILE (12 sec, 135 K): tgslTakoma: "CODE PINK FILLS THOSE COFFINS . . ." Following relocation to the second FReep across from the Code Pinko blood dance outside Walter Reed Army Medical Center and a pizza tailgate party in order to eat before the second FReep (about a mile away from the Recruiting Center FReep), I took the photo at the right and the below photos.

Excellent work, as always. I'm encouraged to see new blood circulating through. God Bless the DC Chapter!
bttt
It was great to see you at the FReep.
Would you like me to add your screen name to the DC Chapter ping list? That way, you would be pinged to any threads dealing with DC Chapter activities or concerns. Even if you can't go to a particular event, being on the list gives you the info about matters of concern to the Chapter.
It would be an honor to have you join us someday. Right now and for the foreseeable future, we are continuing the Friday night FReeps of Code Pinkos at Walter Reed.

I assuming from your earlier post that you live in the DC area, although there is no requirement to be in the area. Many on the list are from far away, but enjoy being on the list to read of our activities.
Take care of those pipes Takoma!
