OK, no disk problems.
How does everything else work? Mail, browser etc? Do they seem reasonable?
There is a next step to this process.

entirely to much stuff on C drive. Install on D drive and clean up C drive.

Looks like you have a lot of stuff on the machine, slightly over 10 Gigabytes....14.9 - 4.48

Perhaps lots of temp files?

When was A Defragger run last?
