The solution is inevitable, the enactment of one of the guest worker programs proposed by Bush, Tancredo, McCain or Cornyn.

That would deprive the MS13 of income from smuggling illegal laborers.
Free border guards from time spent chasing and processing illegal laborers
Make room in holding facilities to incarcerate MS13s,
Remove incentives for employers to hire illegals.
Give us control over who is in this country and where they are,
Allow laborers to frequently return home to be with their families instead of having to bring them here,
And end tax evasion.

Cal, are you aware that the Mexican cop killer that they were hunting for and arrested in Mexico had benefited from
being in Denver.

He worked in a restaurant that the Mayor of Denver owns, but
has a manager for.

The Social Security Department had notified the restaurant that his s.s. number was not a good one, but nothing was done, as he was a good employee.

Now the big problem is that, Mexico will not deport him, unless Colorado will guarantee that he will not be put to
death.

Under the new charges, of manslaughter as I recall, it may be only a 15 year sentence.

The Las Vegas Sheriff has said (on radio interview) that there are over 500 gangs in Las Vegas.

About 80 members of MS-13 are known.

The Sheriff asked that when get the gang messages painted on their property, that photos be taken of the message, before it is painted over.

The Gang Squad, will know what the message meant and will be
able to determine if the gangs are staking out new areas.

Thanks for the welcome. An old gunnery sergeant told me about FR a few months ago.

This gang is the worst. I know of a few home invasions in the Fayetteville, NC area committed by them.

That brings up a touchy point back in NC. Under NC law, you are required to attempt to flee during any type of attack on your person or property. With these criminals, you can run out the back door and find one waiting. That's why I keep my SigSauer handgun and my 12-ga shotgun ready at all times.

My motto is "don't run out without it."

Sombra Negra is the proven effective method of dealing with this scum. Eventually a similar organization will be formed here, as mentioned above.

Actually the first few paragraphs in the story provides one possible way to deal with the problem. The gang doesn't appreciate other members ratting them out, fine. Just pick up a bunch of them, keep them for a few hours and let the word out that they squealed on their pals. Let them kill each other and save us the cost of a trial.

Or, just find them and shoot them just cuz they need killing.

Actually, the law is a little more complicated than that.

If somebody is trying to break into your house and you are inside, you may resist them with deadly force even if you can't tell if they are armed. However, once they are inside you may not use deadly force unless they are armed and you fear for your life or grievous bodily harm. For example, if they are carrying out your TV set and silverware and you encounter them in the hallway with their arms full of loot, you can't stop them by shooting them.

I think a "home invasion" passes the shoot-first-and-ask-questions-later test. But be aware with these gangs there will be multiple sociopathic and armed deadly criminals you will be confronting. And if perchance you shoot one or more and drive them off, they will be back to exact revenge.

These gangs are a hideous danger to the law-abiding citizen, much deadlier than your average criminal.
