The American flag is alot of things, a religious symbol ain't one of them.
Now, if they had burned a crucifix, that would be desecreation of a religious symbol.
Excuse me. I have to go outside and riot now.
This will go against the grain but, here's a list of countries that have in the past, banned desecration of the national flag
Soviet Russia, Red Cuba, Red China, Nazi Germany, Saddam's Iraq, Mussolini's Italy, etc etc.
Company that quite frankly, I have no interest in emulating these countries in anything.
Freedom means people are free to do things we might no particularly like.
Is someone free to desecrate the flag, yes, but just as you are free to descretate the flag, I am free to punch you in the face when I catch you doing it.
Truly, the U.S. leadership is paralized and mired in the cesspool of political correctness. They seem to be terrified of the ACLU, American hating MSM, American hating judges and lawyers, and American hating eurotrash. There is not a politically correct bone in my body. I bet that there are millions of others in the U.S. that are just like me. I want islam wiped off the face of the Earth....NOW. I am praying that someone in our government will finally have enough of the outrages perpertrated by 6th century tribsmen....(who belong to the murderous and regressive "religion" of islam.. that add absolutely nothing to the advancement of mankind and never has) and tells the ACLU et al to f'off and proceed to wage a proper war on countries run by islam.
If nobody in our government steps up soon, I pray that there will be some fearless people that will step up today to stand for election starting in '06...brave congressmen that will force the President to do his duty as outlined in our constitution...
If nothing is done, the mohammidans will get bolder and bolder because nothing happens to them when they p!ss on our flag. Sooner or later the car bombs will start right here in America......or a whole city will be taken out by a nuke...

In Afghanistan they were destroying old temples. In Israel they desecrated the burial grounds of biblical prophets. Those are more than symbols.
Please don't insult animals. We just had to put to sleep a cat who was 18 years old and who gave us love and received it in return. As far as Muslims are concerned, our beloved cat was far superior.

In general, I come down on the side of very little regulation of what we do in our personal life, because each little inch you give government, they want a foot. Government is like AIDS, it spreads voraciously, it can't be killed, and it destroys you from the inside.
This being said, if a state government wants to ban flag burning, I'm all for it, but I don't want to give the federal government that kind of power, they have enough as it is.

1. Lodge an official protest to Indian Govt, saying we will cut off all IT support coming from India if the adult offenders are not severely punished.
2. Gather all copies of Koran/Quoran, deliver them to Mecca
3. Glassify Mecca and the infidel books.
4. Advise India that next offence results in rerouting of the Ganges.

I don't know, I'm not a big fan of the phrase "there should be a law", so I'm a bit hesitant to call for a law against flag-burning. On the other hand, people who do so should be held accountable for it by other citizens. Nor do I think any city should permit such behavior in demonstrations. I don't think there should be a federal or state law concerning what a city can allow in this regard, but I'd hope that people in these city councils would have the patriotic conscience to draw the line at that point. And there's always a fuzzy line between freedom of speech and incitement of treason when it comes to flag-burning.

Until we recognize that this IS a HOLY WAR we will continue
to see the muslims declare holy war against us.
