Insiders say that the Court's biggest nightmare is that someday they will accidentally cross the line and hand down a decision that is so unpopular that the executive branch and states will just say "no".

Although the Supreme Court is the most powerful of the three branches; the secrete they fear getting out is that they are as impotent as the Wizard of Oz.
