Penn works overtime to give terrorists a cushion for their actions and laugh at Americans who love their country and hate the enemy. He always manage to take the position that most undermines American security.

In my mind, Iran is the conundrum of the Islamic world. They are not Arabs (they are Persians). Most of their adult population was killed, either in wars with Iraq or subsequently, by the mullahs. They now want freedom (which I fully support), but; these are the same people that marched in the streets for the mullahs. The only solution I see is the cutting of the "Gordian knot" of Islam. How can tens of millions of people change their religon? For Persians maybe Zoroastrianism. I do not know.
I make nothing of all this. It's just something else for him to brood about.
