Is Ted Kennedy the new "Baghdad Bob"?
Americans for Dr. Rice ^ | 06/24/05 | Richard Mason

Posted on 06/25/2005 7:01:30 PM PDT by condi4prez.com

We have received a number of requests for this graphic -- it isn't very well done -- but it makes a point. But feel free to use it and distribute it however you wish. It would be funny if there weren't alot of truth to it. It was posted on our website at Americans for Dr. Rice with the following:

One would think so after watching his continuing efforts to undermine the US War on Terror for his own political motives during yesterday's Senate testimony of Donald Rumsfeld, high ranking generals and DoD officials. He used the occasion as a platform to spew anti-US, anti-administration rhetoric. His comments almost immediately appeared on Arab networks throughout the Middle East as he threw out Vietnam-era hot-button terms like "quagmire". His comments probably were broadcast in time to encourage the suicide bombers that killed at least 5 Marines this morning in an attack on a convoy close to Fallujah. (The Senator may not see the connection here, but we certainly do.) By aiding our enemies, it appears that he is hoping to destroy the Bush Administration's credibility overseas and sabotage US foreign policy -- so ably crafted while Dr. Rice ran the NSC and now skillfully executed in the diplomatic arena by the State Department under her leadership. It's unfortunate that Ted has put on so many pounds in his later years, we're sure that "Baghdad Bob" (the former Information Minister under Saddam known for making outlandish claims of victory during the war) would be happy to lend him an old uniform for the next time he appears on camera. It would be much more appropriate attire for broadcasting anti-US propaganda in the future.

This is very insulting. What did Baghdad Bob do to deserve this kind of comparison?

He is the most DISGUSTING idiot in the Senate. It's time for him to GO!

Now come on there are many people who can at least compete for the mostdisgustingidiotinthesenate spot :-). Personally my favourites are Mikulski, Boxer and Feingold.

Do leftists usually take up the space of two people at once? (Say, how much of our natural resources are being use so the bloated one can see a nice shot of the bay - or doesn't that really matter?)

Question: "Is Ted Kennedy the new "Baghdad Bob"?"

Response. No. Bob was relatively honest.

Comment: Besides if all the stories about this vomitus are true he is so vice ridden that his soul long ago fell into hell and all that is left is a body possessed by a demon.(Dante, Divine Comedy)

If Ted Kennedy drove a Volkswagen, he'd be President today

It floats.

The way our body is built, we'd be surprised if it didn't. The sheet of flat steel that goes underneath every Volkswagen keeps out water, as well as dirt and salt and other nasty things that can eat away at the underside of a car. So it's watertight at the bottom. And everybody knows it's easier to shut the door on a Volkswagen after you've rolled down the window a little.

That proves it's practically airtight on top. If it was a boat, we could call it the Water Bug. But it's not a boat, it's a car.

And, like Mary Jo Kopechne, it's only 99 and 44/100 percent pure. So it won't stay afloat forever. Just long enough. Poor Teddy. If he'd been smart enough to buy a Volkswagen, he never would have gotten into hot water.
