Greta is lame but I too was impressed when she scored all those exclusive interviews last week. What's up with her and Scientology. Let's get to the bottom of why she is one? Anybody have any info? She's not the typical candidate.

It's the Aruba media circus, now that the Jack-o circus left town.

And they'll find (or manufacture) another circus when this case winds down.

It's neverending.

"prettier than Geraldo"

I don't know...pretty tough call if you ask me. Like comparing home made soap to a horse's a$$.

Someone needs to tell Greta to start ENUNCIATING her words and stop speaking with the Billy-Idol-esque sneer.

I don't think she can help it. I think she's got a frozen Botox face. At any rate, I'm with RWR in that the only things I would watch on FNC would be Brit and Cavuto. But, I haven't even had the channel on this year, I don't think.

Best line from Denis Miller," When she talks it looks like the mouth from Clutch Cargo."

It's not so much a testament to Greta's popularity as it is a reminder of how unbearable O'Reilly has become.

Frankly, I think that Scarborough is the best conservative on evening TV these days. He's polite, modest and well-informed. The same cannot be said of Bill O'Reilly and Sean Hannity.

I like Greta. I don't always like the stories she pursues, but I like her style of reporting and commentary. She seems intelligent and "no nonsense" and not overly emotional ... unlike many other commentators. I think she has to pursue some of the stories she does because FOX pressures her to do so. I get the impression she would not spend half as much time on some of them them (for exampe Jackson trial), were it not to keep her job.

The one I simply cannot abide is Nancy Grace of CNN. Give me Greta any day.

I occasionally watch Greta, but not very often. I occasionally watch BO'R, but not very often. I am glad that FoxNews is kicking everybody backsides.

But I will know all is right with the world when Special Report with Brit Hume is America's nightly news source.

Greta Van Susternad who has the ultimate tabloid

Well, duh, it IS FOX news.

Guys we need a Republican Conservative cable news channel that broadcast real news and without being obsessed with the liberal opinion of view, missing people (blonde girl in particular), court trials, and all the dumb issues that Fox News is getting obsessed about.

There's this thing called "ratings", which has a lot to do with making $$$. If you haven't noticed, FOX is winning that battle. They are doing it by slathering as much tabloid as they can on their news. If you want an interesting conservative based show that is very interesting (i.e., crappy ratings, no one knows it exists), try www.uncommonknowledge.org. Some interesting stuff there. Ironically, PBS is the only channel that broadcasts the show.

Of course but so far Grrrrreta hasn't led us on the empty vault search for anyone. I always remove my contacts before her show and many times mute it but O'Rotten is far too much to tolerate, once you figure out his "schtik."

It's absolutely Natalee Holloway. I haven't actually watched, but I have seen promos (watching other things on FNC) of Greta in the homes of the accused, talking to the relatives, etc. Real pathetic tabloid stuff. But it sells, I guess.

May be from the Jackson trial, or the Aruba deal. Also might explain why O'reilly has been having so much greta-type "news".

Ugh, who actually watches Greta?

Not me. I even turn the channel when she's just doing a promo.

Years ago I called my cable company endlessly demanding FNC.

When I finally got it, I was ready to tell the cable company to take it back.

I like that about her. I had that broadcast-ese that so many of them speak, with that fake intonation and cadence they must teach in broadcast school. Her style of speech seems natural to her Wisconsin roots .... and at least authentic.

Xenu works in mysterious ways.

I'm in Dallas, and I just drove past a place called the Scientology Celebrity Center. It was built in a fairly large old house in town. Kind of creepy.
