#1. Thanks to JR for letting us post this. He has great distain for this group and wants no publicity for them, but this is so overeaching it must be "discouraged"
#2. FReepmail me for assembly point details, times. etc. I'm in Orlando. Do we have someone in St. Pete- Clearwater-Tampa who can take charge on the ground?

If this is that "certain" "Baptist" church in Kansas...
Those folks are a bunch of very sick puppies.
Why are they picking on this particular soldier?

i think it's pretty clear that these shimdits are not in fact what they claim to be, that is representatives of any religion, but instead manques trying to make religion look bad. particularly "right-wing fundamentalist" religion. one is tempted to think of them as the excretory orifice, but i think the product of that particular organ is probably closer to the mark.

This thread has just added to the FreeRepublic Florida Politics list by adding the keyword "Florida".
Any time a Florida-related thread is created on FreeRepublic, please be sure to add the "Florida" keyword to it so that interested FReepers don't miss it.

Sounds like the bunch that got run out of Laramie Wyo.. So damn fast that they left most of their luggage in their motel rooms. They dragged and burned an American flag for about a minute before they found out how folks in Wyo. feel about that.

And it would be a good instance of civil disobedience, IMHO. Well maybe not so civil, but it would be more civil than what the treasonous cretins want to get away with.

Fred Phelps, the sick protestor, was a fundraiser for Al Gore and even one of his delegates in 1988.
