This can't be good if true.

If true, then it demonstrates what a bunch of hypocrites reporters are. They claim that they can't reveal their sources, but they apparently DO reveal their sources to people who they want to, and in this case, Cooper apparently revealed his source to O'Donnell.

It's MSNBC! These jokers don't even know who won WWII.

Even so...If Rove's name was found in this guy's "notes", knowing the party affiliation of most jurnos...it would/should be met with a great, great, deal of skepticism.

If it were Rove, he would've been outed a long time ago. Would've been too valuable ammo for the election. O'donnell is a rabid moonbat idiot.

If it were true, I suspect the prosecutors would have already done something about it. Rather than wait for Laurence O'Donnell to handle the case on national tv.

Let's give the benefit of the doubt to Rove, rather than indict him based upon a raving lunatic like O'Donnell.

Think DURBIN!! To much heat on DURBIN!! and the Dems. With Hildabeast and Dean opening their big mouths trying to turn the tide against Durbin, another talking head of the MSM is just adding logs to the fire!!

I suggest looking at the chain of custody for those notes. Or should we just take it on faith that a journalist wouldn't ever fabricate something (do I really need to put a sarcasm tag on this statement?) I find it very hard to believe that the reporters would fight so hard to protect Rove. No, this one doesn't pass the smell test for me. Note that O'Donnell is only identified as an MSNBC Analyst and there is no indication of his obvious partisan background.

Do you think the MSM would allow something that could take down Rove to remain hidden for this long? Through the election no less...

This can't be good if true.

"And I know I'm going to get pulled into the grand jury for saying this but the source of...for Matt Cooper was Karl Rove, and that will be revealed in this document dump that Time magazine's going to do with the grand jury."

Lawrence O'Donnell was SPECULATING. He was tossing out red meat. That's what the talking heads on all these news and political gab fests do constantly. O'Donnell and his fellow travelers on the Left want Rove's head so bad they have wet dreams over it. Rove scares the you-know-what out of them because they see him as a political genius.

This isn't true and its going to be really funny when the truth comes out.

For this to be true you'd have to believe these leftist reports would be shielding Carl Rove in the face of jail.

Were it Rove they'd have made a mad dash to report this day one and "get the scoop".

My prediction is that it was the womans husband who dropped the dime on her.

Lawrence O'Donnell, senior MSNBC political analyst, claimed to know that name--and it is, according to him, top White House mastermind Karl Rove.

Um the same Lawrence O'Donnell that screamed "Creepy Liar" at the Swift Vote vet founder when he was on an MSNBC show. And the Same deranged lunatic O'Donell that told this same PBS "News" show that after Bush's reelection that there was a real possiblity of the Blue States spliting off from the United States and joining Canada?

Finally, does anyone remember that O'Donell's ONLY qualification as a "political analysis" is as a script writer for the far left TV show "West Wing"?

Dream on loony tunes Left. Dream on.....

The libs will have a field day with this one.
The CIA woman to my knowledge is not an agent so what is the big deal, isn't she a office person?

Hard to believe that Rove would not admit it to begin with!!!!!!!!! This story is weird.

Does anyone think for a minute that Time would have protected Rove? Does anyone find is suspicious that Cooper is declining to testify, saying that his notes should be sufficient? Make him testify to the truth of the notes. This sounds like a set up.

ODONNELL IS A CREEPY LIAR!

http://www.cnn.com/2003/ALLPOLITICS/09/29/novak.cia/

"Wilson at one point suggested that senior Bush adviser Karl Rove could have been behind the leak, which the White House denied. He backed off that assertion somewhat Monday, accusing Rove of at least condoning it."

Even JOE WILSON admitted it wasn't Rove - in 2003!

I was actually worried for a second when I saw the title and thought it was Norah rather than Lawrence O'donnell. Lawrence is certified, it's a bit of hysterical wishfull thinking on his part - at best Rove shows up in the notes as a bit of backround but I doubt he was the source of the Plame leak.

Let's see, Karl Rove has been in the Liberals' crosshairs for the past month. To 'get' him would be a dream come true...they're convinced he's why Bush won the Presidency, twice. If they get rid of Rove, Hill has clear sailing! However life is rarely this simple, and something smells to high heaven. Anonymous sources? Oh, Dan...Calling Dan the man...(Doesn't matter if reporters are lying or this is a setup. It's reality because they say so.)

I can't wait to watch Fox tomorrow morning! Good old Juan Williams will be gleefully jumping around with this "news"...Brit Hume will cheerfully whap him down.
