I'm sure the leftwingers on the Supreme Court will have difficulty deciding whether this case deserves the death penalty.

this is what the Great Society has brought us. These idiots should be held to interviews and tell us just exactly what they propose to do to change the laws to protect our children.

Sounds like the perp talked because Montana is a huge state. Even if they sort of knew the area to look, they must have gotten something out of the guy. He's a meth-head POS and same goes for the kid's dad. The kid is dead because of something that mommy & daddy are into.

What sad news. Poor little Shasta after losing her Mother and two brothers, I only hope that she get all the help she is going to need. Thankfully she has her Dad.

May he rest in peace with the rest of his family who were sent to the other side too early. What a sad story this is.

I sent this email Sean Hannity just yesterday after they found the little girl.

Sean after reading the startling revelation in the Idaho abduction case I feel that it is time for someone with a large and far reaching voice to begin a national push for sex offenders who have been released to be implanted with the digital angel. With the stipulation that if they attempt to remove them that they will go back to prison into general population for the rest of their natural life.

We are seeing more and more Pedophiles and sex offenders who do not register when they move and this would give us the public of the US the assurance that we know where they are. Sean you are that person this is a crusade worth fighting for and I won't use that worn out for the children line but this is for every mothers son and fathers daughter that we push to enact a law of this sorts. It could be named after Dylan who is still missing.

It could be the Dylan law.

IMHO, I do not believe that the founding fathers would have included the prohibition against cruel and unusual punishment in the Bill of Rights if they had realized that it would prevent pedophile murderers from being drawn, hung and quartered.

...with a registered sex offender.

One current theme runs through each of these killing of young children. WE HAD THE BASTARDS AND LET THEM GO.

End of rant.

What else is there to say?

Nearly 300 million U.S. residents should be camped out in D.C. until our leaders get the picture.

I'm sure 100 million bleading heart liberals couldn't be bothered to join us though.

Possibly someone out there can answer this. If they put these ankle bracelets on these scumbags to track them from where? How? If a molester gets a tracking device in Washington state and then takes off to Florida can he be found there? There was a case recently of a molester cutting his bracelet off. Doesn't seem to me these devices are the answer. If he is in a jail cell then we know where he is.

PS. If he is convicted of multiple crimes or murder then he should be put to death.
