Swiss researchers have developed the worlds most economical car that could circle the globe on only eight litres of fuel. The Pac-Car uses hydrogen fuel cell technology and was developed by a team at the Swiss Federal Technical University headed by Professor Lino Guzzella. He said the car could drive around the earth only using eight litres of fuel, and that it could be ready for mass production in the next couple of years.

The article neglects to mention that top speed is 30mph, and you'd better not try to go up a hill in it unless you're prepared to push.

8 litres of hydrogen fuel. Imagine running on ONE tank for an entire year. How cool is that? No more every other week station fill-up.

This assumes that the world is as flat as a billiard ball, and that the pilot will be able to operate the vehicle continuously (no pit stops) for the month or so it would take to complete the trip.

Maybe someone would remind the leftists how efficient and inexpensive nuclear energy is and we could build cars to run on nuclear power, BUT THEY WON'T LET US.
