This was on Chinese Internet news site www.chinanews.com on July 6th. A woman was riding a scooter wearing a colorful mini-parasol instead of a scooter helmet, to suffer less from sweltering heat.
The picture was taken at a street in Fuzhou City, Fujian Province, China on July 4th. It was near 38 degree Celsius (100.4 deg. Fahrenheit,) at the time.
