Isn't it odd that Matthew Cooper is married to none other than......Mandy Grunwald....who was the Clinton admin hack spokeswoman or whatever who served to spin so many of their lies. Birds of a feather .........
Cooper should be required to out his own wife first off....instead of hiding behind the cover of "journalist".

Discussing this piece on Washington Journal now.

There's been nothing like the Left's hatred for Karl Rove, since they (successfully) brought down Newt Gingrich.Newt brought himself down. His actions with regard to women did not live up to his rhetoric. He shot himself in the ... foot.

We all know how desperately liberals want to take down Karl Rove. Or just create the next phony "scandal" to prevent Bush from getting his agenda through. It's a very clever form of obstructionism.

Evesdropping here- I've heard that the Battlefield at nearbyRaymond has also been restored.
Vicksburg has the best Park Battle Guides (IMHO) outside of Gettysburg. Mine was a true Southern Lady who entertained me for two hours with stories & lore. Hope you take a break and hire one of the guides...you'll learn the origins of the 101st....where we got the term "spread eagle"....a story of a girl who passed as a soldier....

I think he's on safer ground when it comes to whether or not he knew she was a covert operative.Plame was not a covert operative at the time Wilson went on travel which has already been established as fact.

Or Animal House.Double-secret probation

Once again, Plame was not an undercover or secret agent.

Reading it literally sounds like Rove knew the reporter ALREADY had her name and everything else for his article...I'm betting the reporter asked Rove to comment on her actions or something.

"Rove told Cooper that Wilson's trip had not been authorized by "DCIA"CIA Director George Tenetor Vice President Dick Cheney. Rather, "it was, KR said, wilson's wife, who apparently works at the agency on wmd [weapons of mass destruction] issues who authorized the trip." Only the delusional ignoramuses of the left can take the above and spin it as someone "outing" an undercover agent. Rove is saying that a trip was not authorized by a Director, but rather, by Wilson's wife. Now how in hell does that translate to "Valerie Plame is an undercover operative for the CIA?" And since when to "undercover operatives" have the authority to expend department resources for the purpose of assigning a SPOUSE to an "investigation?"
I beg, I plead, I stamp my feet, and urge the MSM reporters to pleeeaaasssse start asking basic investigative questions before they rush to publish this type of crap.
