I had a hunch she wasn't a covert agent.
Ever since this thing surfaced, there was constant hemming and hahing about whether she was or wasn't.
Frankly, I'd be shocked if she ever was undercover. Odds are she was part of the CIA affirmative action hiring campaign.
And has been nothing more than a paper-shuffler.

I'm with you, I had the feeling she was never a covert operative.

What people miss here is that the CIA has undercover folks, and they have public folks. The vast number of their team are public. I'm going to make a bet...that if anyone digs into this whole thing...the wife hasn't been a covert agent in a long, long time. And if that is the case, then the whole Wilson story goes down the drain. She was likely an analyst, who simply moved up the chain via her methods...and I didn't say that she used any special talents to get to her status in life.

Good Evening.
"Odds are she was part of the CIA affirmative action hiring campaign."

There's a question I never considered. When did Val go to work for the CIA. Was she brought on board when Bill and Hill came to town?
