A man in Jharkhand is seeking divorce from his wife on the grounds that she is not a woman even though medical reports say her sexual problem can be corrected through surgery.
Prosenjeet Sarkar, a resident of Jamshedpur, has filed a petition in a family court seeking divorce.
Reports appearing in the local media say the court, while admitting the petition, has constituted a medical team to determine the facts of the case.
Initially, Sarkar was apparently told that his wife was facing minor sexual problems that could be corrected through surgery. Sarkar is said to have raised the issue with his in-laws, saying they did not address his concerns.
After a year of marriage, Sarkar dumped his wife at her parents' house and approached the family court last month.
A medical report has apparently confirmed that the woman suffers from minor sexual problems, which can be corrected.
Now the parents of the woman say they are ready to bear the expenses of the operation, but Sarkar does not want to seek any medical help and is adamant about a divorce.
Um...what exactly is wrong with this woman? If she has some minor defect that's one thing...but if she USED TO BE A GUY that's another...
Does Bill know hillary has remarried yet???
A marital case in Jharkhand
causes snickers thoughout the land;
While poor Prosenjeet
labors to be discreet,
His "wife" there is really a man.
My guess is that she is a real woman, but ....umm cough has an abnormally large clitoris. Its natural, just like breasts some women just have really big ones.
When Prosenjeet said, "I do,"
marital dreams were thought to come true;
but his young blushing bride
hid a masculine side
th' Adam's Apple should've been his first clue.
So when did Janet Reno move to Jharkhand, anyway?
Something old
Something new
Something borrowed
Something askew.
Mrs. Sarkar's sexual penury
is now to be cured through surgery;
While brides of Jamsh'pur
are gen'rally demure
her omissions bordered on perjury.
Enough already!!!
What is the problem?!!
There once was a bride from Jamshd'pur
Through deceit a groom she did lure.
But when he saw the prize
He got quite a surprise:
The goods were a him not a her.
Marraige was no fun for poor Jamahl,
His love life was all in a shamble,
To end this sad tail,
His marriage did fail,
'Cause his true love was really a camel...
If you're a man, don't you usually find out about whether the woman is a woman before you get married?
Where's he been?
That That Dude Looks Like A Lady
That That Dude Looks Like A Lady
That That Dude Looks Like A Lady
That That Dude Looks Like A Lady
Cruised to a bar on the shore
Her picture graced a grime on the door
She a long lost love at first sight
Baby, mabye you're wrong
But you know it's all right - that's right
That That
That That
Back stage we're having the time
Of our lives until somebody says
'Forgive me if I seem out of line'
Then she whipped out a gun
Tried to blow me away
(Chorus)
That That Dude Looks Like A Lady
That That Dude Looks Like A Lady
That That Dude Looks Like A Lady
That That Dude Looks Like A Lady
So never judge a book by its cover
Or who you gonna love by your lover
Love put me wise to her love in disguise
She had the body of a venus
Lord, imagine my surprise

In zoology, a hermaphrodite is an organism of a species whose members possess both male and female sexual organs during their lives. In many species, hermaphroditism is a normal part of the life-cycle. Generally, hermaphroditism occurs in the invertebrates, although it occurs in a fair number of fish, and to a lesser degree in other vertebrates. Note: The term "hermaphrodite" has historically been used to describe people with ambiguous genitalia or biological sex. The broader term intersexual is often used and is preferred by many such individuals and medical professionals.
:rotflo: You are just TOO funny!!!
Actually, in that culture, he'd maybe have preferred a camel... ???
