This can't be true!
Egyptian authorities reported yesterday, while "questioning" one of the suspects from the London bombing - that there was NO LINK to Al-Qaeda.....
Surely - we must be able to trust our "ally" Egypt...

I thought something didn't sound right when I heard they had already arrested the guy and were questioning him. It was being touted that Eqypt was just another of the Intelligence Biggies (US, Britain, France, Israel, etc.,working hand in hand "sharing" big time. Listeners of the news were snickering about how unlucky he was being questioned by the Eqyptians.
Well for all their arm twisting or whatever they do to those they question, it came as a surprise to me too that there was "no al Qaeda connection. (sarcasm)
