yeah dude, I don't know what was up with him... But they've played that clip a bunch over the last 24 hours and I try to figure out what his deal was each time... Still no idea, but it's definitely weird. He's usually at least got the talking points down but it seemed obvious that he was trying to convince himself that what he was saying wasn't stupid.

An excerpt (posted on my profile page) scares the bejeebers out of me, too. Please follow this link for the full text of the following Steyn article. The London bombings should have come as no surprise to anyone; neither that most of the bombers were BORN IN ENGLAND:

The other day, Sheikh Omar Bakri Muhammad told Lisbon’s Publica magazine that a group of London Islamists are ‘ready to launch a big operation’ on British soil.

‘We don’t make a distinction between civilians and non-civilians, innocents and non-innocents,’ he said, clarifying the ground rules. ‘Only between Muslims and unbelievers. And the life of an unbeliever has no value.’

The cleric added he expected to see the banner of Islam flying in Downing Street. ‘I believe one day that is going to happen. Because this is my country, I like living here,’ he said. ‘If they believe in democracy, who are they afraid of? Let Omar Bakri benefit from democracy!’

Come to think of it, they don't make a lot of distinctions if Muslims stand in the way of their "operations." They bomb their own kids. They are totally without principle. I think the democrats should learn that there is no distinction between Americans, either. Sheesh.
