Internment was actually ruled constitutional in Korematsu v. US. It can be a justifiable military action.

No, you are trying to put words in my mouth -- a dishonest debating paractice. Only a small minority are murderers, but their religious leaders in the mosques are calling for attacks on infidels, and most pious Muslims are apparently secret and tacit supporters of the murderers.
