The Canteen Goes On A Safari

Today takes us to the dark, damp, areas of the jungles and the hot, dry, desert plains.
We will encounter all type of animal, and beast of the forest.
Loud screeching birds, the chilling growl of the cougar, the roar of the lion, and the shreaking of the gorilla.

In the infamous words of the Great One, Mark Levin, "Now hold on there." George Strait is the top of the heap. No one, except maybe Merle Haggard, is better than King George. It is nice that you enjoy the music. Keep playing George, Alan Jackson, and, a new guy on the block is gonna be big, and that is Joe Nichols. This guy has a great voice. Also, try listening to Delbert McClinton. He is a guy from Lubbock, worked for years out of Fort Worth, on the West side toward Weatherford. He has been around for many years, and has not gotten the recognition he deserves, but he is really great. He has a new album coming out around August 17.

I love Mark Levin! He is so brash!

I know they are at the top of their profession, but hubby just HATES the nasal quality in their voice, so I was happy that he liked your singing. That way I can play it and not have him groaning and whining! LOL! I think I have heard Delbert McClinton. Lots of good singers have come out of Lubbock. Isn't that something?

I imagine I'll just keep playing these of yours, just marking time till the new one gets here!
