I agree with your statement, but Pirro is a good way to lose the race, unless you want Hillary to win. :-)
If you think the Democrats are vicious by going after Judge Robert children's adoption papers, imagine what they'll do to her knowing that her husband is in jail for tax evasion. This is from NewsMax:
Hillary Clinton Backers: We'll Pound Jeanine Pirro on HubbyIf Westchester County District Attorney Jeanine Pirro decides to run against Sen. Hillary Clinton next year, Clinton's backers are vowing to make Mr. Pirro's personal life a major campaign issue.
"How can we not bring it up?" a well-known Democratic consultant told the New York Post on Monday, referring to Albert Pirro's past conviction on tax evasion and an alleged association with a mob figure. LINK
And today the LA Times is already meeting its promise. (You need to cut and paste the link)

Still, when Pirro announced in May that she would run for some statewide office, the conventional wisdom was that she would probably lose to Clinton but could win if she ran for state attorney general.
And the Quinnipiac poll has Hillary leading 63% over Pirro 29% LINK
