You must realize that there are laws for celebrities, people of rank, the rich and then there are laws for the common people.

Common people would be arrested and put in jail with charges being filed immediately.

I like your idea - pay the victim for your crime.

I work with a SNCO in the USAF who is a rapid Democrat.... He definately hates George Bush.."because we at war in the desert"

He is Black.. He is a angry man at just about anything.... He thinks that Clinton was ok because he did have sex with another women in the office. He thinks anything investigated on 60 minutes is the absolute gospel. He claims that Dick Cheney makes too much money..

But to be fair.. he complains that Walmart makes too much money.. and He shops there.. He is too me a typical democratic sheep..

He use to work in the military organization that supports the president (White House Communications Agency)for two years under Bush.. He claims that the President and Vice-President "Still gets liquired up".. But I think he is just a blow hard who is pushing the party line.

The majority of the military are conservative or just don't care about politics.. But there are always exceptions like the Lt Col and the SNCO that I heard of seen.

You can be pretty sure that this will cost him his military income and his pension. That's a pretty hefty punishment.

He'll also have the pleasure of hunting for a job as a convicted felon.

Many companies don't distinguish between types of felonies.

If you're a felon, they won't hire you. >

Does any one else see how similar his last name is to feces. I wonder how many time he has been laughed at.

10 U.S.C. Section 888 (a part of the Uniform Code of Military Justice applicable to this individual) provides:

Any commissioned officer who uses contemptuous words against the President, the Vice President, Congress, the Secretary of Defense, the Secretary of a military department, the Secretary of Transportation, or the Governor or legislature of any State, Territory, Commonwealth, or possession in which he is on duty or present shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.

A later section of the same code also prohibits military officers from engaging in "conduct unbecoming an officer and a gentleman." Looks like ther's plenty of basis for giving this DemonRat a dishonorable discharge, and it ought to be done.

I have only met a handful of vehement Democrats. Of those, two turned out to be gay, and one was certifiably insane. He was diagnosed with "bipolar" disorder and is now teaching high school.

Another walking advertisement for homeschooling!!

Lt. Col. Alexis Fecteau, who supervises 41 full-time and part-time reservists....

Gee, in the Marines, that was a job for a Second Lt. platoon commander.

Heh.

Wasn't O'Leary the one who eliminated security classifications and colored security badges at the nuclear labs and was responsible for much of the espionage and security leaks and compromises like Wen Ho Lee?

I didn't know she was "African American".

That's right.

Hazel O'Leary sat at the Energy Dept. helm during the Clinton Adm. when Palo Alto National Lab had revolving doors and lost sensitive data. She traveled about as much as the Clintons and finally had to leave they couldn't keep her ineptness under wraps. I don't know her race - Irish, black, I don't care. I do know she's totally unsuited to serve in a national security capacity.
