You might know this, but I want to add it to this thread, and am going to "park" it here. ;*) It is from an article recounting her resignation from the DOJ in 1997.
Who could possible have imagined that the DOD had 10000 LAWYERS! Why!!!!

Before joining the Department of Justice, Gorelick served
from May 1993 to April 1994 as General Counsel of the Department
of Defense. As General Counsel, she supervised the government's
second-largest "law firm," consisting of 10,000 lawyers.
Gorelick, 46, is a former partner in the Washington law firm
of Miller, Cassidy, Larocca and Lewin, and a former President of
the District of Columbia Bar. She graduated from Harvard College
in 1972, and from Harvard Law School in 1975. She is married to
Richard Waldhorn, M.D., and has two children.

I didn't know that DOD had 1,000 attorneys. And I didn't know that Gorelick's Wall applied to ALL branches of government.
That Press Release should become it's own Thread.
Look what maica found.
Last night, Rep. Weldon was on KPAM in Portland, and he said that Jamie Gorelick called his office (and Sen. Specter's office) to proclaim her innocence, despite there not having been any mention of any accusation against her at that time.
He also talked a bit about Dietrich Snell.
