"I am so upset that this does not get more coverage"

Not even the vaunted Drudge is covering the story. I think Savage has it right. Drudge is now working for the girls in New York.

Matt Drudge is only working on his breaking news story for tomorrow evening about one hour before his radio show. ;-)

If this was 1952, Sandy Berger would face better than even odds of the electric chair. But our society is so corrupt that today the President of the United States is giving him a slap on the wrist. That Berger is not in prison and facing conspiracy charges is absolutely despicable

Is President Bush going to put Berger in jail, or give him a pass for the sake of his family's increasingly disturbing romance with the Clintons?

If Berger goes free, than our President and Attorney General will have betrayed the oaths they gave to defend the Constitution. We are waiting. What's it going to be?

Here is what you do, when you get the letter asking for $ from the RNC, you could send your post as a letter and inform them that when they step up to the plate, so will you.

When Clinton skated off with a slap on the wrist and then John Glenn gets his Geriatric Shuttle flight I stopped contributing. I still get the letters from the RNC and I still return them, if more people did it they might get the message.

And remember, this guy Berger was the top pick of sKerry to be Secretary of Defense. Wow, what an administration that would have been.

"This is just a distraction from getting Rove."

Are you kidding? It was Rove who secretly stuffed Berger's underwear with documents.

He's a sneaky one, that Rove.

"ANY Clinton scandal from those 8 years"

Yes, there were many scandals. We can NEVER elect someone like that again, NEVER. Sometimes I think, "oh, we were so lucky/blessed that we got through those 8 years without having to pay some terrible price for electing, then re-electing such a corrupt administration."

But, then I stop myself, because we paid a terrible price-9/11. Even without Able Danger, it's obvious that Clinton's errors, (like for example where Bin Laden said the Black Hawk down incident in Somalia, and I would add the non-response to the attack on the Cole, the Apology tour exc.. convinced him that our people were weak and that our government would easily collapse under attack.) contributed to 9/11.

I also remember hearing something strange, about Clinton going around apologizing to people right after the attack on the WTC. Kind of makes more sense in light of this latest information doesn't it?

The people have a right to know what happened.

"The question is, will it be investigated? If Berger and Able Danger are connected, it makes Watergate look like a kindergarten plot."

Bush has let the Clinton administration skate on every crime they have committed.

I will hope for better this time, but we will see.

Brrrring... Brrrring...

"OK. I'm here in the archives. I know I'm not supposed to call from in here and the staff is looking at me funny. I don't know about this."

"Sandy, Sandy. Think about it. You are doing this mostly for YOURSELF, not for me. YOU were the National Security Advisor. Ah've got my legacy. You don't want yours to be the guy who let Atta crash the planes, do you?" [Female giggling sounds in the background] "In the pants, in the pants, baby."

"Fine. OK. I'm putting them in my pants. I don't feel right about this. If I get caught, I'm gonna look like an idiot."

"Sandy, I guarantee, nothing's gonna happen. Even if you do get caught, trust me, it will all be a big snafu. 'Why old Sandy has always been so sloppy, har har har.' You know dam* well we have done much worse than this. What, you think the press will even care? Come on, grow a pair, and get this done. Nothin's gonna happen."

Not for nothing but you might want to pass this on. On Friday about 3:15pm est. on the Howie Carr show out of Boston...when asked about the Attagate story...Chris Wallace of Fox News said "I don't care about that"..."well..we'll have to see if it becomes a story".

Howie was surprised and somewhat shocked by that answer...as was I.

Please pass this along as I am having trouble with my service....
I WAS STUNED.

And if they haven't, now would be a perfect time...

Question #1
Yes or no, Mr. Berger, have you ever heard of Able Danger?

Question #2
Did any of the documents that you removed/lost/shredded, fed to your dog, etc., contain any information regarding Able Danger?????

No further questions.

Berger was stealing and destroying Able Danger documents. The Millenium Plot documents were part of his cover story.

Exactly. Exactly.

I said at the time that Berger would NOT have undertaken such a breathtakingly rash mission for the Millenium Plot documents. That issue was already known, and the clinton administration had survived it. The notion that a former President's National Security Advisor was stealing and destroying merely embarrassing, generally unflattering documents is ludicrous. Even the documents showing Berger himself vetoed operations to catch Osama 4 times isn't enough explain his actions. That too had already been survived.

Res ipsa loquitor. Whatever Berger was after, I knew it had to be radioactive, specific, and not yet on anyone's radar. Berger knew he would be caught, so the only thing he could do is throw up a smokescreen over what he was really after.

The fact that the democrats and press, in unison, were happy to concede the "fact" that the documents in question concerned the Millenium plot is alarm bell enough. Recall the boatloads of liberal operatives flailing about over whether he secreted them out in his socks or pants, whether these were copies or drafts, the definition of "original," blah blah. But did we hear a peep challenging the documents themselves?

Recall reports that Berger went back and stole the same documents again. Makes no sense, unless he was trying to draw attention to one set of documents, and divert attention from another.
