If there is no one to negotiate with, why do it? Why leaving Gaza? To establish more easily defended lines, really defacto borders. Whether that's factual, we'll have to wait and see.

There is no built in security and the terrorists are cheering right now because they've been rewarded, and they'll be able to cause more damage than ever.
Going shopping, back later.

The problem is that the pacifist element continues to emerge again and again in Israel. Pacifism = suicide, particularly in Israel.

Why not move 10,000 more settlers into Gaza and let them defend it themselves - like in the old days?

He may be the only one Americans know to tell it like it is......when it is too late....when earlier, in time, he may have been able to kill it in its crib.
Americans just love Netanyahu. All it takes in a handsome guy who speaks fluent English. Never mind what he actually does.
Netanyahu didn't even kill OSLO when he had the opportunity.
There are many Israelis who fought this tooth and nail, and put principle above career. Maybe they are less good looking and speak English with an accent.

As soon as the Gaza scum start launching terrorist strikes from Gaza .... swoop in ... kill all the fighters ... load the rest of them on garbage scows ... tow them up to the first beach in Lebanon and run them aground.

It's said intifada3 starts late this year or early next. I don't think they'll hold off that long. The damage they cause is dependent on Israel's reaction, both the the murder of Israeli civilians and the US/Euro whine about the cycle of violence.

And the victory of terrorism in one place enables terrorism elsewhere and here to. This is the tragedy of something that probably was well intentioned, but I think will be played out badly. He's a wise man. Too bad no one has listened to him.

Exactly. I believe Avoid war if we can, but the pacifist preaches Avoid war at ALL costs even the loss of our dignity, our rights, our freedoms. Samuel Adams regarded such with utmost disgust. In earlier times we called such people collaborators. If the cost is the implementation of Moslem law in the United States, thats the cost Sheehan or the phony Christian Fonda are willing to accept for their precious peace. Unfortunately too many Christians fall for this secular vision of peace. Christ never preached the kind of peace man constantly and vainly seeks. In fact he promised division. Sorry I got so preachy.

Okay. I'll take your word for it. I'm sure you know more about it than I do.
So, what is the answer? Seems like no matter who's in charge or what they do, they get kicked in the crotch. I can't believe what patience those people have. I'm much in admiration of Israel.
