In light of the Able Danger debacle, people are asking: Had Mohamed Atta been questioned, it is possible that information found with or gained from him could have prevented 9/11.
The pompous 9/11 Commission chastised one and all for missing obvious clues leading up the Islamic attack. Able Danger wasnt just a clue, it was a big red banner that the 9/11 Commission did its best to ignore. Many people cried foul when Jamie Gorlick was placed on the 9/11 Commission. It was thought she was put there to protect her from being forced to testify before the committee herself and to protect the legacy of the Clinton administration.

Well, duh.
It's relative, depends on what side you are on...
Not one reply.
What was more important, the country or the Clinton "legacy"
Gorelick's glaring conflict of interest should be obvious to anyone with a brain, regardless of "what side" they are on.
Greeted with a huge yawn by the MSM.
Had 9/11 BEEN prevented, we'd never have known about it anyway. Just as we know nothing about the planned follow-up attacks which have been prevented (assumption on my part, based on common sense, not evidence).
Guess you didn't hear Kean's public response...
Rep. James Sensenbrenner, R-Tennessee, said Gorelick should step down because she has a "conflict of interest." It came out at Tuesday's hearing that Gorelick was the author of a memo when she was at the Justice Department that Attorney General John Ashcroft says hobbled the FBI on intelligence matters.
Kean called Sensenbrenner's suggestion a "silly statement" and said Gorelick had followed all rules about recusing herself from matters where she had either been involved or had an interest.
"People ought to stay out of our business," Kean said.
That's optimism dude... we HOPE they've prevented followup attacks.
The FBI knew that the bin Laden cronies were learning how to fly airliners and were not interested in learning how to land them or take off. THATSAFACT, Jack.
The rest is obvious!
God... 'whaata'n a-hole!
Very good article from Barbara Stock.
The Clinton people were in power and the only thing they cared about were themselves and....making money. Isn't that what they always accuse the Republicans of? Does anyone think that the SC-MSM will ever report the disgusting way the Clintons ignored our national security? I can't imagine what would happen to the USA should that witch Hillary ever become president. God help us!
> ... and to protect the legacy of the Clinton administration.
Clintons's remarks of a few days ago, on how he would have
gone after bin Ladin "had I only known", may not be what
they appear to us to be (another pathetic attempt at legacy
re-invention combined with spectacularly inept timing).
He may have been sending a message to Gorelick, Reno, and
the trail of "wall" crumbs leading back to the White House.
Billy just put them on notice that he will not take the
fall for this.
Why would he be willing to make such a fool of himself to
take this stand? Perhaps because there's even more
damaging evidence where the trail leads (think: why was
the wall created in the first place).
As someone else has already pointed out, 3000 dead
Americans was an unintended consequence of the wall,
just a cost of doing business the Clinton way.
"Able Danger" only matters to the Dems if Karl Rove is involved.
Barbara Stock offers a good time-line for this travesty. . .that in other another time;another President; would be a calamitous treason. . .
What did Kean know. . .and when did he know it. . .
ANSWERS NEEDED NOW. . .
Read the entire article. WOW... just WOW.
they don't cover this up, clinton finally goes to jail....that ain't legacy, its justice.
Sometimes, there's a discrepancy between obvious, and the interpretation of it...especially if one is somewhat biased.
