Well, in some people's eyes, the President/Head of State controls all facets of life.
I get so tired of some people that may have lost their job due to "outsourcing" and instead of picking themselves up by the bootstraps, acquiring and polishing their skills and making themselves marketable to a company, they blame Bush, blame Senators, Blame Congresscritters and generally condemn our entire capitalist system. People like non-sequitur make me want to puke.
Since we have a dictatorship for a government then why are we paying the wages of Congress? ; )
