Oh it's alive and well, just no reason to mention it since the isn't a damned thing this president is willing to do to prevent it. If you don't think that it's an issue then check this mornings newspaper how the Northwest Airlines machinists went on strike rather than sign a contract that allowed a minimum of 53% of their jobs be outsourced overseas.
