**HUGS**
Even though Navy folks grumble about it, I love Langley Air Force base. My little one went to pre-school there. I always felt safer with him there. My Aunt made such a fuss about *endangering* him on a military base. As The Sailor explained to her, *if any idiot terrorist wants to take out the school, they'll die within seconds*. Which is true. In that way, the military community is very tight. Doesn't matter what branch a child's parent is in..you don't mess with military kids---ever. Especially not in front of military folks.
The Air Force personnel always came over to read stories to the kids or participate in events that children were doing.
Timmy's favorite activity was getting to do the *pool* thing each week where Air Force members were on hand to help them learn how to swim.
I sure did.
One more(dumb) question though about that.Is it in English?
HUGS!!!
My neighbor on the Saipan is an Ohio State fan. Naturally, we'll be watching the games together. There is a *gasp* Michigan fan among the crowd, but he's outnumbered.
They'll all be over to watch football on Sundays at my house. I'm waiting for one of them to buy a big screen TV to end this torment on Sundays. LOL!
