Notice how they need to strike Turkey, an Islamic republic? Now they got Afghanistan , Iraq and Lebanon to contend with. As long as we don't get a Clinton to replace Bush down the road I imagine Syria and Iran will be added too. It's nice to know that when we do finally capture Osama he will have achieved the exact opposite of what he wanted.

They forgot phase 8: West totally incinerates Muslim "caliphate" with WMD then moves in to claim its resources.
Probably executed between phase 4 and 5 of the Al Qaida plan.
