Hmmm... looks like WABC has been playing with their feed again, to the extent that it no longer works with my WiMP 7.1 version... and I gotta use their Liquid Compass javascript player.

Guess I'm gonna have to hack it again.

I was flipping through channels and stopped on the MTV video music awards.

It's interesting how the "enlightened" folks in the music entertainment business talk against the horrible war while at the same time making huge amounts of money off of gangster based non-music.

They complain about "evil people" like George Bush in between screaming about beatches and whores in their music and videos.

It hit around the Broward/Palm Beach county line as a Cat-1 or Cat-2 storm and moved across the peninsula and out into the gulf.

It was originally forecast to turn north and come across the FL panhandle and follow the east side of the appalachians north. But it decided to stay stay in the gulf and gain strength, being attracted by a break in the subtropical ridge, which just happened to be right over N.O.
