My father who lives in North Louisiana told me that Mary Landriu (spelling?) has already said on tv that this is partly Bush's fault because of global warming. Did y'all know that Bush is as powerful as the Almighty? No wonder the libs are so afraid of him. I guess he needs to go to N.O. and command the waters to recede now.

the nutcases say that the hot ocean water, created by man's insatiable greed spawned global warming, causes Hurricanes...then in off years when little or no hurricanes spawn, they say that the El Nino effect created by man's insatiable greed spawned global warming, and of course the effect of this El Nino is to prevent Hurricanes during those years. El Nino causes fish to migrate from their normal fishing grounds and people in those areas who normally rely on those fish....starve....but you cant have it both ways...so called Global Warming cant be generation both these effects....they are mutually exclusive.

What the moon bats aren't saying is that this is all caused by cyclical actions of nature.....this stuff has been going on forever. There have been worse hurricane seasons in the past and the temperature of the earth has been much higher than this within the past couple of thousand years alone.....
