Sometimes you don't know until you fill up and drive by the other staion and it's too late. It's happened to me in the past.

Citgo is owned by Venezuela. Chavez will likely be playing games. Either keep the price low so the 'poor' can afford gas, or jack it up higher than anyone to screw the Americans.
It has been a long week for all of us.
This country is in for a world of hurt, and would be even if Chavez was on our side.
The markets are quite able to ration gasoline supply, if left to themselves. The price increase is, in effect, rationing the supply.
