EU Backs Off Airline-Tax Plan

The European Commission will back away today from a French-led plan to tax airline tickets to pay for aid to poor countries, after fierce opposition from airlines, according to a document seen by Dow Jones Newswires.

LOL! The magic bucket theory appears again! They think that the economy is a magic bucket of money guarded by an evil (US Republican) troll under a bridge and the more money that is taken out of the bucket, the more money the bucket will have!

I learn so much from the Euros! :D
