It won't happen. Nice to see the victims will get some of the funds. Maybe there's hope for the 9/11 victims too.

I'm livid about this transaction myself. The thought of my tax dollars, which when broken down to my share alone which is more like pennies, is TOO much.

And a bigger sum if made on checks made to israels, somewhere in the range of 2.5-3.0 billions per year. Now, that is some money.
