London 06.09.05 | A church located southeast of Caracas in "Barrio El Winche" of Fila de Mariches and attended by the congregation of Laura Sisters and the Salesian Fathers has been invaded and taken over by supporters of Hugo Chavez, El Universal reports today. Catholic church for those who are wondering.

the action was taken in order to establish, in the church, a post of military security

Just couldn't really find another spot that felt quite right, could we? I mean, a church is just so similar to a military security post, it was a natural.

Tsk Tsk Tsk -- Big mistake -- Chavez is too impatient to follow the rules written by Gramsci on how to destroy the Church!

He didn't read (or believe) "B" below and broke the rule "E"
< snip >

...B. Lenin was wrong, and the Leninist revolution will fail
......1. The workers will see the revolutionary government as a new boss
......2. When the revolution fails, the west will re-import Capitalism

< snip >

...E. Both Capitalism and Judaeo-Christian culture must be destroyed before a Communist revolution can succeed
......1. Religious sentiment cannot be destroyed through legislation, as Lenin believed, but must be redirected from the divine to the state
.........a. Terror will only drive Religion underground
.........b. Religion will then reemerge when Leninism fails
.........c. So Religion must be destroyed in the minds of men

< snip >

I guess, as long as the action will improve the economy of the area, Justice Souter will have no problems with it, eh?

---"Boy, that Pat Robertson sure is a dangerous maniac."---

Yup. Boy what a maniac for saying Chavez should be "taken out" before he leads to the death of so many.

Clearly, Jesse Jackson is the reasonable one; Chavez is a humanitarian; and Pat Robertson is a cult leader who belongs in jail for advocating the assassination of innocent, democratically elected foreign leaders.

Let's see, if Pat's critics had their way, Pat would be in jail for words that he said, and Hugo Chavez would succeed in turning Venezuela into another Cuban-style dictatorship. Thousands will die, millions will lose their freedoms living under a brutal dictatorship, and our economy will take a giant hit from the oil boycott he'll impose.

I am really crazy?!

I actually see Pat's solution as acceptable.
