considering what you put out for the blowing up of New Orleans and making into a parking lot, I am sure you understand that is both impossible and unrealistic.

Most of the buildings in NO will have to have millions upon billions spent on rebuilding them. The dome is finished. The guy who runs it said so last night on the tube and said it would have to be torn down. By the time you gut all those buildings that have water damage, severe and total water damages, with all the little critters growing in the walls, insulation, etc., it will all have to be torn out. Some of those house in the old areas are not worth the effort. The grand majority of NO will have to be rebuilt. The sentimental side says yes rebuild. The "it is going to happen again side" says no. The waste money side says no. The side that actually thinks about how much it is going to cost to rebuild this place, building it in the same next disaster waiting to happen again site, does not make any sense. But, like last time you and I went down this road, you have your opinion and I have mine.
