Its Bush's fault...because he didn't seize control from Governor Blank=0....yep....what is he supposed to do? the gov. is completely incompetent.
The governor is wackaloon....in the worst way.
We need prosecutions. Civil. Criminal. I don't care. We need to hold key politicians and bureaucrats accountable. Reckless disregard for human life. Something *has* to be done. There must be *no* question that politicians can and shall be held accountable for not only dropping the ball, but throwing it away and costing human lives.
